ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in process is carried out at the Enjoy Garda Hotel (located just 100 m from our Hateliers, Via Venezia, 26 in Peschiera del Garda) from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. If you arrive before 3 p.m. you can leave your luggage at the hotel. If you were to arrive after 10:00 pm, please let us know. The reception is nevertheless manned 24 hours
Check-out is to be carried out by 11 a.m. at the Enjoy Garda Hotel The luggage deposit of the hotel is available for free for our guests who have already checked out.
CLEANING & DAMAGE
The cleaning of the apartments are included once every 2 days usually between 2pm and 4pm.
Cleaning the stove and washing the kitchen utensils which were used to cook are not duties our housekeeper is responsible for. We kindly ask you to clean the hob and to do the washing up yourself, otherwise additional charges for extra cleaning activities might be applied.
It is forbidden to smoke into the apartments but you can do it on the balcony
At the moment of checking out, please inform us of any damage to furniture or utensils.
BREAKFAST AND MEALS
In the Enjoy Garda Hotel you can have breakfast every day from 7 to 10.30.
Lunch and Dinner are also available in our Restaurant.
PARKING
You can park your car for free in the parking area in the Enjoy Garda Hotel (150m from Hotel),
QUIET HOURS
We kindly ask you to respect the “quiet hours” from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on working days; from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m during weekends as established by the complex rules.
WI-FI
Free WI-FI connection is available in our apartments. Ask our reception desk for the login and the password necessary to access
WASTE SORTING
WASTE SORTING is mandatory in Peschiera del Garda and everyone must comply with it (any transgressor will be fined). You will find bins for organic and non-recyclable waste under the kitchen sink while recycling bins for paper, glass and plastic are located on the balcony. Thank you for your cooperation!
